Facts: Client submitted to breathalyzer and gave .09 and .10 readings We produced expert witness to discredit the reliability of breathalyzer test results.

Potential Consequences: Standard first offense OUI conviction which includes a sixteen week DAEP class and court costs and fines, probation fees, and because of clients age (under 21) up to three year loss of license.

Result: Not Guilty Bench Trial Verdict

Charge: OUI 3rd Offense and Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle

Facts: Client alleged to be driving under the influence while towing a large recreational vessel behind truck. Client alleged to have spent day drinking heavily while picnicking and boating. Police responded to two car motor vehicle accident whereby client's truck struck another vehicle from behind in accident.

Potential Consequences: Client was facing mandatory minimum jail sentence on the OUI charge, plus likely incarceration period on the negligent operation charge. Client was also facing minimum eight years loss of license, and fines.

Result: Not Guilty Jury Verdict, both charges

Facts: Client alleged to have been driving erratically, weaving in and out of lanes at a very high rate of speed.

Result: Not Guilty Jury Verdict both charges
