Facts:
Client submitted to breathalyzer and gave .09 and .10 readings
We produced expert witness to discredit the reliability of breathalyzer test results.

OUI 3rd Offense and Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle
Facts:
Client alleged to be driving under the influence while towing a large recreational vessel behind truck.  Client alleged to have spent day drinking heavily while picknicking and boating. 
Police responded to two car motor vehicle accident whereby client's truck struck another vehicle from behind in accident.
Potential Consequences:
Client was facing mandatory minimum jail sentance on the OUI charge, plus likely incarceration period on the negligent operation charge.  Client was also facing minimum eight years loss of liscence, and fines.
Result:
Not Guilty Jury Verdict, both charges

OUI 4th and Operating to Endanger
Facts:
Client alleged to have been driving erratically, weaving in and out of lanes at a very high rate of speed.
Potential Consequenses:
Two to Two and a half years in House of Correction with one year mandatory.  Ten year loss of liscence, fines, additional potential jail time and license loss for the operating to endanger charge.
Result:
Not Guilty Jury Verdict both charges

Solicitation Sexual Conduct for a Fee
Facts: Online, Officer sent half naked photo of another officer posing as a prostitute.
Potential Consequences:
Embarrassing conviction with potential of probation or incarceration.  Client was also at risk of losing a high paying, career related job.
Result:
All Evidence Suppressed and case dismissed.

Distribution of Class B&D and Possesion of Firearm wihtout a Permit.
Facts:
Residence searched after lead to police that client's significant other was dealing drugs out of residence.
Potential Consequences:
lengthy period of probation with drug testing, substantial period of license loss and potential period of incarceration.

Combination of 20 Felony and Misdemeanor Charges for Larceny and Misuse of Credit Cards
Facts:
Client was found in possession of the stolen cards.  Client was alleged to have stolen and used alleged victim's credit cards resulting in substantial unauthorized charges.

Substantial periods of incarceration and consequences relating to felony convictions.
Result:
19 of 20 Counts Dismissed.  Client plead guilty to one misdemeanor and received total of 15 days in jail when already held without bail on another pending case.
